The Nonprofit Accelerator helps organizations serving North Las Vegas residents leverage federal grants and resources to strengthen their organization and their competitiveness for federal grants.
The program offers three key components:

Learn About Federal Grants:
Capacity-Building Workshops
Want to learn about federal grants? Attend Capacity Building Workshops led by industry experts. With up to 16 hours of learning experiences, gain essential skills and strategies to grow your organization and navigate the federal grant process. Workshops take place in-person every Thursday in March from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM at the City of North Las Vegas City Hall.
Strengthen Your Organization and Grant Proposals:
Technical Assistance
Struggling with a specific organizational or programmatic challenge? Need guidance preparing for grant success? Technical assistance is available in one of two pathways:
1.) The Proposal Development Program: Access workshops and up to 15 hours of one-on-one technical assistance to create essential components of grant proposals while boosting overall organizational effectiveness. We’ll help you define community needs, visually describe program resources, develop an effective budget, and create a customized organizational strengthening plan.
The Proposal Development Program is scheduled to run through June 30.
2.) General assistance from experts (including GrantLab staff and our network of subject matter experts) to identify and address a specific organizational or programmatic need. Technical Assistance services strengthen the foundational components of high-functioning organizations, positioning them to compete for and manage grant funding.
Upon completion of your appraisal for Technical Assistance, Nevada GrantLab will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a discovery meeting.

Grant Services
Ready to pursue a specific federal grant? Nevada GrantLab's Grant Services program provides tailored support for organizations ready to submit competitive federal grant proposals. Choose from Independent Review, Co-Write, or Full Write options to optimize your grant proposals. Assistance is also available for reviewing declined proposals and strategizing next steps for resubmission.
